The project aims to create a new site to implement a robust layout to support the different typologies to ensure the need for 1000 units or more and 50% affordable housing is met. This is due to the current unsuitability of the buildings to create apartments. We aim to incorporate these aims alongside our particular vision for the site to coordinate the local needs of residents and the objectives of higher scale policies such as the London Plan. Through collating our analysis of typologies, we composed a spatial layout of what we believe will be the future of this site.

Distribution: Making, sketching and designing of the masterplan, concept diagrams, sections and helping making the proposal visualisations. The analysis part of the project was equally divided.
